PORT AUTHORITY TO ANNOUNCE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO LINCOLN TUNNEL ACCESS ROUTES WEDNESDAY - MEDIA ADVISORY

On Wednesday, October 29, 2003, the Port Authority and the New York City Department of Transportation will announce significant changes to access routes for New Jersey-bound motorists and buses using the Lincoln Tunnel. The measures will reduce congestion and improve traffic flow on New York City streets during the weekday evening rush period.

The press conference will be held at 2 p.m. at the Port Authority Bus Terminal Times Square Room, 2nd floor, South Wing. Media wishing to cover the event must contact the Port Authority Public Affairs press office by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28.
